QUALITY CONTROL

Our quality controller team conducts thorough inspection that starts with checking of raw materials along with their specifications. Our every product is scanned at all stages for quality to remain intact and unshakable. Also the surface preparation and coatings are duly inspected. All inspection records are saved in our system for further needs.

QUALITY PLANNING

We follow an improvement plan and stay committed to it throughout the whole process. We allocate human resources and funds for Products Research and Development, working flawlessly  to implement good practices and to maintain quality standards in every project.

CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTION

Whenever an internal quality audits result in non-conformance, we instantly take a corrective action which is triggered through corrective and preventive action plans. The roles and responsibilities are clearly explained to our employees and each of us work in compliance with the set roles. All such plans and are closely monitored by our surveillance team. Customers being our greatest source of learning, we analyze the  complains of our customers and effectively act on them.
